I have spoken with Escalations, Supervisors and Customer Service Reps who have assured me these charges would be removed, they have not. I have called Sprint who has told me that this would be resolved and my account would be credited over $1,800.00 and it has not. In addition, I returned the old phone which are still on my bill (559.32 is on my bill that should be removed). Over the course of the last 6.5 months I have called Sprint repeatedly because of the bill and the phone that I did not receive but I am being charged. They informed me that this would be taken care of. I informed them that I received three phones and the iPad and they told me that the iPad used a line so that would be 4 lines not five. At that time I was told that I had 5 phones on my bill. When I received my bill it was so much higher and I called to inquire. I ordered new phones and received the phones (red, yellow and purple Iphone 11) I was also informed that due to the promotions and being a long time Sprint customer (16.5 years) that I would receive other discounts and my telephone bill would be going down by at least $40.00. One specifically was that they were offering a FREE iPad that would cost me only $5.00 per month for service. It started back in April/May when I upgraded my services and was told that there were several promotions going on. I am making a formal complaint about Sprint and the services I have been receiving and the egregious errors that have been made on my account.
